City utility JEA announced March 7 that a redesigned “Customer Solutions Center” will open April 10 at the new seven-story JEA headquarters at 225 N. Pearl St. Downtown.
Customers can pay their bills and discuss their accounts with JEA customer advisers.
They also may pay their bills at self-service kiosks, which will accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards and mobile wallets.
The headquarters is a block east of the Duval County Courthouse and near the Jacksonville Transportation Authority Regional Transportation Center.
JEA will provide parking vouchers for customers who park in the Duval County Courthouse Garage at 151 Clay St.
The utility said April 7 will be the last day it will serve customers at its 21 W. Church St. tower location. Customers attempting to visit that old location will be redirected to the new address, which is a few blocks away.
