The city issued a permit May 26 for River City Construction Group LLC to build-out space for Firehouse Subs in Mandarin South Shopping Center at a job cost of $336,923.
Mandarin South is at 11700 San Jose Blvd. at Loretto Road south of Interstate 295.
The 1,472-square-foot Space 5 is near anchor tenant Winn-Dixie.
