NAI Hallmark announced July 24 that three tenants are moving into 501 Riverside.
Managing Partner Christian Harden, Vice President Patrick Carney and Vice President Sarah Teagle finalized lease transactions totaling more than 15,211 square feet, according to a news release.
The new tenants are:
• Medius, a cloud-based financial services firm that provides automated accounts payable procedures and manages vendor invoices.
• Chen Moore and Associates, a civil engineering, transportation, water, environmental and construction engineering services firm.
• Brock CPA, a full-service certified public accountant and financial consulting firm.
“Their presence further enriches the diverse tenant mix and reinforces our commitment to providing an exceptional work environment. We look forward to supporting their growth and fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the building,” Harden said in the news release.
501 Riverside is an office building at 501 Riverside Ave. at Forest Street in the Brooklyn/Riverside neighborhood. The building has 221,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space and a private parking garage.
It is south of the Fidelity National Information Services Inc. headquarters.
Established in 1993, NAI Hallmark is involved in the leasing and management of more than 6 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties, according to the release.
