The city is reviewing a permit application for Target Corp. to convert 32 standard parking spaces into 24 drive-up spaces for online order pickup at St. Johns Town Center.

Of those spaces, 14 will be covered by a canopy.

No contractor is listed for the estimated $181,994 project at 4567 River City Drive.

Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.

Target included a letter with the application that the company is adding drive-up spaces to multiple sites in Florida.
