Panera is building-out in Parkway Village at St. Johns in St. Augustine.

St. Johns County issued a permit for Frontier Building Corp. of Miami to build-out 3,533 square feet of space for Panera at 235 Village Commons Drive at a project cost of $300,000.

The restaurant and drive-thru is planned on 1.09 acres along Village Commons Drive near International Golf Parkway.

Parkway Village is a venture of Cantrell & Morgan and Stiles.
