A vacant oceanfront lot in Ponte Vedra Beach sold Aug. 1 for $6.45 million. 

The 1.84-acre property is at 965 Ponte Vedra Blvd. about 1.3 miles north of Mickler’s Landing.

The buyers were Mike and Elaine Ashourian of Ash Properties in Jacksonville through Beemer & Associates PV LLC.

The sellers were Gerald Don Daniels and the Gerald Don Daniels Revocable Trust of Jacksonville.

The Ashourians are longtime land investors in the area and have formed several LLCs. The LLC for this sale is Miklaine Management LLC of Jacksonville.

Since 2000, the property has sold seven times. In 2000, it sold for $1.75 million.

The taxable value of the property is $4.312 million.
