Marks Gray expanded its intellectual property practice with the addition of patent agent Josephine Chen, who is registered to provide patent prosecution services before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Chen assists with U.S. and international patent applications for small- and medium-size businesses.
Before joining Marks Gray, Chen was a patent agent in Taiwan, specializing in the medical and biotechnology fields.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin and is experienced in patent processes in Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, India and Vietnam.
