Burr & Forman LLP added Robert Graham as counsel in the law firm’s Jacksonville office.
Graham joins the Jacksonville office as counsel in the firm’s General Commercial Litigation practice group.
Before joining Burr & Forman, he acquired more than 10 years of in-house counsel experience with two real estate title insurers.
In his role as a senior claims counsel, he managed matters including title claims, escrow disputes, defalcation, recoupment efforts and direct suits against insurers.
As a senior litigation counsel, he worked with law firms across the country to develop initial case strategies and litigation budgets.
Graham was regional claims manager with supervisory responsibility for title claims and other matters originating within several Southeastern states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Graham received his law degree from the Washington and Lee University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.
