The oceanfront Sandbar & Kitchen in Fernandina Beach sold Aug. 29 for $5.24 million.
The restaurant and bar is at 2910 Atlantic Ave. south of the beach access and Main Beach Park.
The buyer was Pamplona Investments Group LLC of Coral Gables. The seller was Main Beach Property LLC of Fernandina Beach.
Main Beach acquired the property in July for $4.65 million from Sandplot LLC.
Sandplot acquired the property in 2017 for $1.67 million from C & C Enterprises Inc.
The restaurant, built in 1962, sits on a quarter acre and was renovated in 2017. The two-story building is 7,400 square feet. It includes 107 feet of ocean frontage.
It features inside and patio dining as well as “toes in the sand seating,” according to a listing on LoopNet.com.
It offers a full-service bar with daily happy hour specials and serves lunch and dinner. Its menu features seafood, sandwiches, tacos and pizza.
The taxable value is $1,495,765.
