The city issued a permit Sept. 15 for Community First Credit Union to build-out a Mandarin branch at 11200 San Jose Blvd., No. 105, a former Pei Wei restaurant.
Auld & White Constructors LLC is the contractor for the $350,000 project of 3,122 square feet.
Community First Credit Union said June 27 it would replace the current branch at 11701 San Jose Blvd., which will close with the new one opens in early 2023.
