The city is reviewing a permit application for 7Brew Coffee to build a drive-thru shop at 3264 Gerona Drive E. at northeast Beach Boulevard and Gerona Drive in the Beach Haven area.
Brothers Group is the contractor for the estimated $425,000 project to build a 510-square-foot shop.
It coincides with permit review for Brothers Group to build the same size shop at 7788 Normandy Blvd. in West Jacksonville, also at $425,000.
“We will open several locations in early fall in Jacksonville, by a franchisee of 7 Brew - 7 Venture, Inc.,” said a spokesperson by email June 9.
State corporate records show the franchisee is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at the address of K-MAC Enterprises Inc., which is a Taco Bell franchisee.
Atlanta-based Geyer Morris Co. is the applicant for the two projects in review.
