The city is reviewing a permit application to convert a former SunTrust Bank building at 13927 Old St. Augustine Road into Heartland Dental.
Hill Foley Rossi & Associates LLC of Duluth, Georgia, is the architect for the 4,125-square-foot project, shown at a cost of $713,790.
The almost 1-acre site is in the Bartram Park area.
Plans show the drive-thru canopy will remain.
