Park Village Apartments in Orange Park sold for $20.2 million

The 120-unit complex on Park Avenue opened in 1968 and its last sale was $10.95 million in 2019.

The Park Village Apartments at 741 Park Ave. in Orange Park were sold March 16 for $20.2 million.

741 Park NM LLC, associated with Nairn NM LLC of Austin, Texas, and Mayfair Park Village MZL LLC of Kent, Delaware, sold the property to LPG Park Village LLC of Waterbury, Connecticut.

Mike Donaldson and Nick Meoli of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

The 120-unit apartment complex was built in 1968 on 6.5 acres and sold for $168,3333 per unit. The property has a taxable value of $10.13 million.

Clay County property records show the apartments were last sold in October 2019 by Orange Park 1 LP of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, to 741 Park NM LLC for $10.95 million.

Park Village has one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 750 to 1,247 square feet in size at monthly rents of $1,200 to $1,560, according to apartments.com.

Amenities include a pool, sun deck, dog park, clubhouse, fitness center and playground.

Management and maintenance are on-site.
