Walmart intends to remodel its Supercenter at 9890 Hutchinson Park Drive in Arlington at a cost of $500,000, according to a permit application.
The city issued a permit March 3 for First Coast Vets Affordable Animal Hospital to build-out a vet hospital at 9430 Arlington Expressway in Regency Point at a cost of $260,000.
Dimension Construction of Jacksonville is the contractor for the 2,454-square-foot project.
