Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. will renovate the former Pollo Tropical at the Shoppes at Bartram Park for Starbucks Coffee Co. at a cost of $1.1 million.
The project consists of improvement of the 3,771-square-foot interior space and 410-square-foot exterior space along with other work at 13776 Old St. Augustine Road.
The shop seats 44 inside and 24 on the patio and also has a drive-thru.
The Ferber Co. of Ponte Vedra Beach bought the property in 2020.
The building was built in 2014.
