The city is reviewing a permit for tenant build-out for San Marco Dreamette at 1905 Hendricks Ave. at a cost of $35,000.

San Marco Dreamette will lease the space vacated by Bold Bean Coffee Roasters.

The ice cream shop will have walk-up service but no inside seating.

CEM Builders Inc. is the contractor.

Waffle House to West Jacksonville

Waffle House Inc. applied for a permit to build a restaurant on 1.01 acres at 2688 Firestone Road in West Jacksonville at a cost of $386,000.

Ellianos Coffee in West Jacksonville

Ellianos Coffee intends to build a 700-square-foot drive-thru on 0.34 acre at 619 Chaffee Road at a cost of $270,000.

Dunkin’ remodeling in San Jose

Dunkin’ wants to remodel its location at 11857 San Jose Blvd. at a cost of $120,000.
