The city is reviewing a permit application for interior build-out for David’s Bridal at 13221 City Station Drive in River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville at an estimated cost of $545,000.
David’s Bridal has two area locations in Regency Park and in The Shoppes at Southside near The Avenues mall.
The Colliers real estate marketing brochure shows the space, F-100, is 7,524 square feet. It is near Old Navy.
