The retailer is restriping its parking lot and upgrading its space signage and making other site improvements, such as a canopy over the drive-up curbside delivery designated stalls, at 13740 Beach Blvd.
Place Services Inc. is the contractor for the $410,000 project.

KMA Project Developer LLC is the contractor for build-out of 7,505 square feet of space at a cost of $255,280.
