“It is bittersweet to sell this home that created so many wonderful memories for our family,” said Lisa Spurrier King, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Thomas Group in Gainesville. She represented her parents in the sale.

“We hope the new owners experience the same love and happiness as they make this their home and create their own Crescent Beach memories,” King said Jan. 29.

Marketing descriptions say the three-level home, with elevator access, comprises five bedrooms, seven full and two half-bathrooms and balconies.

The ground floor features a full kitchen, dining and living room and two bedroom suites.

The upper level has a chef’s kitchen, master suite, a flex room and an office.

The lowest level has an enclosed walkway from a three-car garage that has a sauna, space for a gym and a storage room.

A suite above the garage has two bedrooms, two baths and a kitchenette.

Its total building area is 14,565 square feet and the conditioned area is 7,723 square feet.

The recorded real estate number includes a vacant 1-acre lot across Florida A1A on the Intracoastal Waterway.

King said the sale comprised both lots.

St. Johns County Property Appraiser records show the property straddles Florida A1A, with the developed home on the oceanfront and undeveloped property on the opposite site.
