The seller is Canopy Creek Apartments Property Owner LLC of Atlanta and INCAP Investments, both part of Inman Equities LLC of Nashville, Tennessee.
MST-Canopy Creek LP of the M1 Group of New York bought the property.
The apartments, on 21.28 acres, comprise 288 units. The per-unit sale price is $131,076.
The apartments were built in 1975 and renovated in 2017.
Canopy Creek comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 700 to 1,250 square feet with monthly rents from $1,005 to $1,450, according to Apartments.com.
Amenities include two pools, a business center, fitness center, laundry facilities, playground, grill and picnic area. Property management is on-site.
The property’s taxable value is $17.5 million.
In March 2021, HH Canopy Creek LLC of Delray Beach sold the apartments to Canopy Creek Apartments Property Owner LLC for $27.5 million.
