Gehr Hospitality, through Jacksonville Hospitality LLC, of Los Angeles sold the Aloft Jacksonville Airport hotel Dec. 30 for $19.5 million.
Opterra Capital, a Boca Raton-based real estate investment sponsor and operating partner, capital markets adviser and asset manager, bought the hotel through TMGOC 751 Jacksonville LLC.
Synovus Bank financed the deal with a $13.06 million mortgage.
The 66,385-square-foot hotel, at 751 Skymarks Drive, has 136 rooms on 2.9 acres.
It includes a lounge, pool, fitness and health center, complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking and an airport shuttle.
Room rates average $150 per night.
In January 2018, PHVIF of Atlanta sold the hotel to Jacksonville Hospitality LLC for $13.5 million.
The hotel was built in 2009 and has a current taxable value of $8,343,300.
