Evoco Enterprises, led by Micah Heavener and Kira Fisher, bought the properties from affiliates of Keith and Joyce Kimball, longtime owners in San Marco.

The Kimball entities financed the deal with balloon mortgages at $4.5 million.

The structures were built in 1945 and 1957.

The deeds and mortgages were recorded Jan. 7 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts.

Evoco Enterprises registered its name with the state March 25, 2021.

The East San Marco shopping center will be anchored by Publix Super Markets Inc.
