Tecovas opening Dec. 16 at St. Johns Town Center

The Jacksonville location is the first retail store in Florida for the Texas-based handcrafted boots company.

Tecovas, the Texas-based handcrafted boots company, is opening its first Florida retail store Dec. 16 in St. Johns Town Center. 

Tecovas specializes in boots but the retail store at St. Johns Town Center carries inventory in all of its categories: boots, bags, apparel and accessories.

The 3,006-square-foot space at 4663 River City Drive is between Offline by Aerie and Banana Republic.

Store hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The grand opening includes live music, giveaways and free boot shines.

The first 50 visitors to the store Dec. 16-18 receive a Tecovas canvas tote and coozie. Country singer-songwriter Dylan Gerard, who performed on Season 13 of NBC’s “The Voice,” will perform from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 16-17. 

The location is the 21st retail store for Austin-based Tecovas, which was founded in 2015. 

The store carries inventory in all of Tecovas’ categories: boots, bags, apparel and accessories.

Tecovas found a marketing niche by advertising on the Paramount Network ranching TV drama “Yellowstone,” now in season five.
