PulteGroup added 24 homesites as well as 12 open-concept designs to its Bradley Pond neighborhood at 4588 Creekside Bluff St. in North Jacksonville. It is selling 50-, 60- and 70-foot wide homesites. Bradley Pond is a natural gas community with no CDD fees.
The community also has a playground and a kayak launch to the estuaries of Clapboard Creek.

One in 10 houses on the market in Jacksonville qualifies as a fixer-upper. By comparison, in Tampa only 1% of its listings are in need of substantial repairs.
On average, a fixer-upper sells for about $156,000 less than a turnkey home.
The fixer-upper houses also have 2% more space than those not needing repairs.
