The city issued a permit Aug. 11 for HJB Construction Inc. of Charleston, South Carolina, to build-out the auto parts sales portion of the Pep Boys building at 919 Lane Ave. S. for AutoZone at a cost of $565,000.
The work includes new restrooms and remodeling the remaining portion of Pep Boys to add a conference room and a new manager office.
