Through FL Victoria at Orange Park 1 LLC, Sundance Bay Income & Growth OP of Salt Lake City bought the property from Broadshore Capital Partners of Los Angeles through Reva Victoria Park 1 LLC.
The property is on the south side of Wells Road, east of Orange Park Mall behind Miller’s Ale House.
The 20-acre community, built in 1986, comprises 14 three-story buildings.
The per-unit price is $200,535.
The property last sold in 2020 for $37.1 million.
