St. Johns County is reviewing plans for TD Bank and an Ellianos Coffee Co. shop on the 1.42-acre Outparcel 4 within Durbin Creek Crossing at southwest St. Johns Parkway and Race Track Road.
The 4,000-square-foot building will comprise a 3,000-square-foot TD Bank and a 1,000-square-foot Ellianos shop.
