The city is reviewing permits for Magnolia Wash Holdings to demolish a closed RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. store at 5109 University Blvd. W. for construction of a Camel Premium Express Car Wash.

The estimated demolition and construction costs are $1.615 million.

MDM Services Inc. of Lakeland filed the civil construction plans for the 3,604-square-foot automated tunnel car wash on 1.44 acres.

It will demolish the existing structures and pavilion.

Magnolia Wash Holdings is based in Morrisville, North Carolina. RaceTrac built a larger location nearby.

Heartland Dental to closed BB&T office

Heartland Dental is in review to build-out a closed BB&T bank office at 14006 Beach Blvd.

No contractor is listed for the estimated $400,000 project.

Pilot travel center remodeling

The Pilot Flying J travel center is in review for a $1.3 million remodel, including the Subway sandwich shop, at 1050 U.S. 301 in Baldwin.
