Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark announced May 27 that it represented the seller in the sale of a shopping center at 11645 Beach Blvd. for $1.45 million.
Vice President Austin Kay and Senior Associate Eric Yi represented the seller, Mark’s Investment Properties LLC, in the off-market transaction that closed May 17.
Jason Price with Crown Tenant Advisors of Roswell, Georgia, represented the buyer, MR Implant LLC.
“Eric and I located a group with significant interest in this market for an owner-occupier investment opportunity,” Kay said in a news release.
“We saw the Property as a perfect fit for their needs and were able to negotiate a closing in under 90 days.”
The shopping center comprises two buildings totaling 14,290 square feet of space.
It is at Beach and Beachwood boulevards, less than a mile east of Interstate 295.
