Development Notes: Banfield Pet Hospital to Collins Town Center

VyStar building-out in St. Augustine.

The city issued a permit for Tim Young Construction Inc. to build a 4,552-square-foot shell building at $590,000 for Banfield Pet Hospital at 7923 Parramore Road near Costco Wholesale in Collins Town Center in Southwest Jacksonville.

David S. Ware Architects is the architect for the shell building on 0.51 acres. Build-out would be permitted separately.

VyStar to St. Augustine

St. Johns County approved a permit for the $1 million interior remodeling for VyStar Credit Union at 165 Florida 312 W. in St. Augustine.
