The city issued a permit April 20 for Horizon Retail Construction Inc. of Wisconsin to build-out a 9,372-square-foot retail space for Five Below at a cost of $225,000 at 9625 Crosshill Blvd. in OakLeaf Town Center.
Philadelphia-based Five Below Inc. focuses on “tweens, teens and beyond offering trend-right, high-quality products, with extreme $1-$5 value, plus some incredible finds that go beyond $5.”
The city issued a permit May 3 for Mavis Tires & Brakes at 910 Dunn Ave. National Custom Inc. is the contractor for the 6,137-square-foot store at a cost of $685,000.
St. Johns County issued a permit for construction of a 7,470-square-foot Sherwin-Williams paint store at a cost of $926,000 at 295 Commerce Lake Drive at World Golf Village in St. Augustine.
The city is reviewing a building permit application for a Dollar General store at 9075 Pritchard Road.
The 9,100-square-foot store is planned on just less than an acre at Pritchard and Jones roads. Concept Construction of North Florida Inc. is the contractor for the $475,000 project.
