Skinner Bros. Realty announced that Firehouse Subs, Añejo Cocina Mexicana and The Decantery will lease space in Wildlight’s Village Center in Nassau County.

They will join other tenants including Royal Amelia Dance Academy, Great Clips, Cold Stone Creamery and Tasty’s Fresh Burgers and Fries, according to a March 3 news release.

The 11,670-square-foot retail center at 40 Homegrown Way was completed in September in the master-planned community. The first multitenant building at Village Center opened in early 2019.

The Decantery operates a location in Fernandina Beach and will open a second in the former AT&T building at 20 Homegrown Way. The cocktail, wine and beer lounge will open in two phases.

The first will be a package store that will open in April. The second will be a lounge that is estimated to open in September.

Añejo Cocina Mexicana has a restaurant in Ponte Vedra Beach and is planning another in the Brooklyn area of Downtown Jacksonville. The Mexican restaurant’s third location, in Village Center, will open in May in 3,700 square feet with an open-air bar and covered patio, the release said.

Firehouse Subs will open this month in a 2,100-square-foot space.

“We are very pleased to continue working with Skinner Bros. Realty on the expansion of Wildlight’s Village Center,” said Chris Corr, president of Wildlight developer, Raydient Places + Properties.
