Vista Brooklyn apartments is open along Riverside Avenue.
Tennessee-based Bristol Development Group and Jacksonville-based Hallmark Partners, the project developers, announced the opening June 8 in a news release.
The 308-unit community at 200 Riverside Ave. offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts along with a rooftop pool, beer garden and gathering space.
Monthly rents start at $1,340 for a 460-square-foot studio apartment. The largest, a 1,626-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment, leases for $3,790.
The building includes 13,000 square feet of ground-level retail. NAI Hallmark, the leasing agent for the development, will relocate its headquarters to the building, taking 5,627 square feet of space.
Other tenants could include a restaurant, coffee shop or retail operators, the news release said.
The development also has an eight-story, 450-space parking garage.
Construction began on the 10-story building in late 2018. It was announced in 2016.

Brasfield Gorrie was the project’s general contractor. England, Thims & Miller was the civil engineer and JDavis Architects was the architect.
Community amenities include co-working space, a yoga and meditation suite, dog park, bike shop, storage area and fitness center.
Unit finishes include touchless faucets, quartz countertops, smart technology and Bluetooth locks.
