The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing civil engineering plans for Gate Petroleum Co. to build a 6,500-square-foot gas station and convenience store on 2.16 acres along E-Town Parkway in eTown off Interstate 295.
The project is planned at the parkway and Exchange, Meeting and Assembly streets.
Jacksonville-based Gate paid $902,000 for the property in July 2020.
Prosser Inc. is the civil engineer.
ETown is a residential and commercial development that is adding retail, health care and other services. Gate is the only gas station shown at the site.
