Waters focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and securities law.
She received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2013 and a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from FSU in 2010.
Waters joined the firm in 2013.
Nicholas Elder is promoted partner at Cobb & Gonzalez.
Elder received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006.
He joined the firm in 2020 as senior counsel and practices construction law and business litigation.
