The community at 6505 Collins Road comprises 266 units among 14 buildings on 24.8 acres. The apartments were built in 2020.
The price per apartment averages to $245,300.
The property’s current taxable value is $41,4 million.
Erik Bjornson and Tyler Nilsson of Newmark Knight Frank brokered the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.
The apartments are 7 miles from Naval Air Station Jacksonville and less than 12 miles from five parks.
The complex offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 725 to 1,324 square feet with monthly rents from $1,295 to $1,845, according to Apartments.com.
Features include granite countertops, eat-in islands, washer and dryers and wood-design floors. Amenities include a saltwater pool, clubhouse and business center, grills and space for outdoor dining.
