Scrubbles 3 Minute Express Wash is in permitting review to build a car wash at 9826 San Jose Blvd., the former site of Pasta Market, Hops Grill & Brewing, Cross Creek Steakhouse and Physicians Medical Center at San Jose Boulevard and Pall Mall Drive.
The Angelo Group is the contractor for the car wash buildings on the 1.58-acre site at a cost of $715,000.
The city issued a site-clearing permit Aug. 10 at a cost of $25,000.
Baker Design Build is the civil engineer for the 5,131-square-foot project. Doherty Sommers Architects Engineers Inc. is the architect.
The city issued a permit Aug. 20 for Superior Building Group FL LLC of St. Cloud to make a $75,000 tenant improvement to almost 3,800 square feet at 4663 River City Drive for Levi’s. It replaces Bunulu, a Bealls Inc. women’s brand that closed in January.
