Patricia Nolan joined GreenPointe Holdings LLC as its in-house general counsel.
She will manage legal issues on business transactions including real estate development, land acquisitions, purchase contracts, corporate governance and other general matters.
Nolan joins GreenPointe after working as a corporate lawyer with Barnett, Kirkwood, Koche, Long & Foster in Tampa. She joined Barnett Kirkwood as senior associate in 2018 and was promoted to partner in 2019.
Before joining Barnett Kirkwood, Nolan was a senior corporate associate with Milam Howard Nicandri Dees & Gillam in Jacksonville.
After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002, Nolan began her career with McGuireWoods in Jacksonville.
• Robert Gunn IV joined Farah & Farah in Jacksonville as an associate attorney. His practice focuses on auto accidents and premises liability cases.
Gunn graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2017.
After six weeks of competition, the Ballbarians won the Jacksonville Bar Association 2021 Kickball League championship.
