The city is reviewing a permit application for McDonald’s to renovate its store at 9841 Atlantic Blvd. in the Regency area.
Stansell Construction of Odessa is the contractor for the $379,447 project to remodel the dining room, entry area and restrooms.
The city issued a permit July 22 for Interior Buildouts Inc. to build-out space for Planet Smoothie at 4852 Town Center Parkway, No. 106, in The Strand at St. Johns Town Center at a cost of $151,870.
The city issued a permit July 26 for Suncrest Builders to build-out 2,894 square feet of space at $106,819 for Hala’s Mideast Eatery and Market at 5285 Shad Road in Shad Landing.
