Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark announced Sept. 21 that it brokered the sale of 101 Century 21 Drive for $1.23 million.
BIC Properties sold the property to Bold City Commercial LLC on Sept. 16, according to the deed recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Courts.
NAI Hallmark Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt and Senior Associate Luke Feldman represented the seller.
The property comprises a two-story, 28,208-square-foot office building on 2.9 acres. It was built in 1973, property records show.
At the time of sale, the property was 71% occupied to a tenant mix that included accounting, real estate, law, health care and logistics.
“101 Century 21 Drive was purchased by a group of private investors who were attracted to the in-place cash flow, as well as the value-add potential from the remaining vacancy,” Feldman said in the news release.
“Although challenges remain due to COVID-19 and lending restrictions, private investors remain active in the Jacksonville MSA, especially when it comes to value-add properties.”
The property is off Atlantic Boulevard in the Arlington area.
