National single-family home rental investment company, American Homes 4 Rent, is offering 31 homes for lease in the Treaty Oaks community southwest of Florida 207 and Wildwood Drive, near Treaty Park west of St. Augustine.
Treaty Oaks is a new American Homes 4 Rent rental home community. The company’s other area subdivisions comprise Ravenswood, Black Creek Village, Silver Creek Crossing, Calebs Cove, Trout River Bluff, Silver Oak Estates, Windsong Acres and Kindlewood. Together they total more than 2,300 homes.
“American Homes 4 Rent’s communities are a new, innovative choice in American housing that combine the benefits of a single-family home with the flexibility and low-maintenance of leasing,” said AH4R Zack Johnson, executive vice president of Acquisitions & Development, in a news release.
Treaty Oaks homes are pet-friendly and feature open floor plans with four- and five-bedroom, 2½- and 3 baths, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, central air conditioning, fenced backyards and two-car garages.
Homes range from 2,064 to 2,227 square feet with rents starting at $1,900 per month. Lawn maintenance is included.
Treaty Oak community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and neighborhood park.
Amenities at the nearby 47-acre Treaty Park comprises the Robert-Laryn Skate Park; Paws Dog Park; lighted softball fields; tennis, pickleball, racquetball, basketball and bocce ball courts; multipurpose fields; and bicycle and walking-jogging trails around the park with a 3-acre lake.
