Paris Banh Mi Cafe Bakery intends to build-out the former Krystal at 3515 St. Johns Bluff Road S.
The city is reviewing a permit application for the $55,000 project at the 2,014-square-foot building. BAO Construction LLC is the contractor.

Its Facebook page says Paris Banh Mi Cafe Bakery in Jacksonville delayed its previously expected July 31 grand opening.
The Orlando-based company’s website says it franchises.
It opened its second store Sept. 27 in Pearland, Texas, and lists four upcoming locations in Florida as well as sites in Texas, Colorado and Ohio.
Paris Banh Mi Jacksonville Inc. registered its name with the state March 9.
Huyen Tran and Thanh Tran of Jacksonville are listed as president and vice president.
Company founder Hien Tran attended L’Ecole de Boulangerie et de Patisserie de Paris where he became a certified bakery and patisserie chef.
