The Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section had another successful Charity Chili Cook-Off Feb. 15 at the Riverside Arts Market.

In addition to the official panel of judges, hundreds of people sampled the chili made by nearly 50 teams and cast votes for their favorite in the 11th annual friendly competition.

Proceeds from the law firms’ registration fees, combined with donations from the public, are being tallied, but more than $20,000 will be presented in late March to Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech.
