The Naval Facilities Engineering Command awarded Haskell Co. in Jacksonville a $40.7 million contract for the repair and renovation of Hangar 101 at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast.
The work includes interior and exterior demolition and renovation of the hangar, built in 1940.
The renovation includes architectural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications and fire protection upgrades.
Work will be performed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville and is expected to be completed by July 2022.
