Ownership sold three outparcels at Gateway Village at Town Center for $10.95 million Dec. 31 to a New York-based retail investor and manager.
Jacksonville Gateway Village LLC sold the outparcels in two deeds to Gate Parkway RMR LLC, led by Rettner Manager LLC of New Rochelle, New York. It is affiliated with Rettner Realty.
The seller is led by Chris Morgan, co-CEO and founder of Jacksonville-based developer Cantrell & Morgan Inc.
Property records show the sale comprises:
• A retail building of about 9,400 square feet at 5010 Gate Parkway on outparcels 5 and 6 on almost 1.5 acres. Tenants include Sushi House, Bellezza Nails Spa, CycleBar indoor cycling and MyDry Blowout Bar.
• A retail building of more than 9,500 square feet at 5016 Gate Parkway on outparcel 7 on about 1.8 acres. Burrito Gallery, Diesel Barbershop and Midtown Table at Town Center by chefs Matthew and David Medure fill the building. Midtown Table opens soon.
Morgan said the buildings were completed at the start of the fourth quarter of 2019.
TIAA issued a $7.5 million mortgage.
Gateway Village is an 18.5-acre project at southwest Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard. Cantrell & Morgan is the developer.
