Ansbacher Law is building a new office St. Augustine.
The firm is working with real estate developer Shahab Derazi of JH Advisors Inc., general contractor Tim Young Construction and architect Craig Sommers on an 8,000-square-foot, two-story office building along U.S. 1 near Florida 312.
The address is 1650 U.S. 1 S.
The design features waterfront conference and mediation rooms, glass-paneled interior and exterior walls and an espresso bar.
Principal attorney Barry Ansbacher, who has practiced for more than 30 years, founded the practice. The firm represents businesses, homeowners, injury victims and condominium and homeowners associations.
The firm also is an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co.
Ansbacher Law plans to move from its St. Augustine office at 1301 Plantation Island Drive S. to its new building in June.
It also has offices in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and Fleming Island.
