• Candace Moody, CareerSource Northeast Florida communications vice president, is leaving the organization April 30. Moody, with CareerSource for 23 years, will work full-time as a freelance writer, speaker and career development consultant. Ron Whittington will take over some of Moody’s duties.
Kristopher Smith joined the Local Initiatives Support Corp. as community development officer responsible for directing LISC’s Jacksonville Urban Core Initiative to expand economic growth in the Downtown area. Smith was director of community services for the Community Action Council in Lexington, Kentucky.
