Florida Club at Deerwood apartments was sold Monday to San Diego-based ConAm Group for $32.5 million.
ConAm purchased the 180-unit community property through CA Florida Club Owner LLC from Atlanta-based JMG Realty through FL Club Jacksonville Investors LLC.
ConAm says it creates real estate value and risk-adjusted returns for its capital partners. The company employs more than 1,600 people at more than 365 apartment communities throughout the U.S., according to its website.
JMG Realty is a real estate company, focusing on management, redevelopment, financial and investment services for multifamily real estate properties. FL Club Jacksonville Investors purchased the property in 2015 for $24.75 million.
The Florida Club is at 4813 Florida Club Circle along Gate Parkway West near Tinseltown.
Built in 2008, the two-story community offers two floor plans, a two-bedroom unit at 1,221 square feet and a three-bedroom at 1,375 square feet.
Amenities include gated access, a dog park, detached garages, clubhouse, fitness center, pool, walking trails, on-site management, valet trash service, package acceptance and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
ConAm owns four other Jacksonville-area apartment communities, Evergreen Club, Grove at Deerwood, The Forest Apartments and Gull Cove in Orange Park.
