Retail notes: Pure Hydration opens in Riverside; Gateway Village adding tenants

CycleBar, Bellezza and Great Clips coming to Gateway Village.

The Pure Hydration intravenous hydration spa opened its second location in Riverside Market Square at 1650 Margaret St., Suite 306.

It markets customized IV infusions and booster shots to support customers’ performance, health and wellness goals. Owners are Spencer and Hannah Wanderon. The location features four private rooms with couches, recliners and TVs.

Pure Hydration’s medical director is Dr. Eric Weiss. Registered nurses administer the infusions and booster shots. Pure Hydration will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

CycleBar, Bellezza and Great Clips in Gateway Village

 Gateway Village at Town Center is seeing more build-outs.

The city issued a permit for the CycleBar indoor cycling studio to complete tenant finishes in 2,527 square feet at 5010 Gate Parkway. ADI Construction LLC is the contractor for the $265,000 project.

Bellezza Nails Spa wants to build-out at 5010 Gate Parkway, No. 4. BAO Construction LLC is listed as the contractor for the $180,000 build-out of 2,914 square feet.

The city also is reviewing a permit application for build-out for Great Clips at 10618 Deerwood Park Blvd.
