• Megan Mangiaracino joined the Northeast Florida Land Trust as development director. She is responsible for fundraising, increasing the donor base and promoting the organization’s programs. Mangiaracino was associate director of development at the University of North Florida Coggin College of Business.

• Lindsay Starner and Kevin Blalock were elected to the board of directors of the Jacksonville Arboretum & Gardens. Starner has been with JEA for more than 20 years in environmental compliance and permitting. Blalock is senior director of business development at Intersect ENT, a health care equipment company that manufactures drug-delivery devices.
